The hotel day starts at 4 p.m. and lasts until 10 a.m. the next day.
Additional fees :
Tourist tax - PLN 2 per person per night.
The fee for a dog / cat - PLN 20 per day
I accept guests with dogs / cats only outside the high season.

I reserve the right to change the prices for the stay related to a possible change in the VAT rate for our services.

Booking conditions
I make reservations only after making telephone arrangements and making a deposit.
The reservation becomes real after making an advance payment of up to 30% of the value of the stay on the account or by postal order.
After receiving the payment, I confirm by phone or e-mail that the deposit has been received and that the reservation is made.
The down payment is not refundable in the event of the guest resigning from the stay.
The down payment is not refundable when changing the date of stay, and the resort does not have free beds for another date.
When booking, please state the actual number of people along with the age of the children.
Settlements
Advance payment for the stay - minimum 30% of the amount of the stay - please pay to the bank account

The advance payment for the stay should be paid to the given account within the time agreed when making the reservation.
The remaining part of the payment for the stay in Dziwnów is made in cash
ie tourist tax before handing over the keys.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, please notify 30 days before the date of stay.
Otherwise, an invoice will be issued for the cost of the stay, less the amount of the deposit.
